SEMBLE is a not-for-profit investing platform that will make it possible to complete construction of the Idaho Central Spokane Valley Performing Arts Center and Phase I (70%). Are you able and willing to invest in the future of the performing arts in the region with this legacy project?

After overcoming numerous unexpected hurdles and delays to construction, the leadership of SVST and ICSVPAC is thrilled to move forward to finish the first phase of our building and become operational soon.

This opportunity is not a gift or donation but an investment. We need $15M in investment funds raised through SEMBLE (whether individually, through a family or foundation). This is a five-year loan commitment (min. $100k) with up to 5% interest for you as a return on your investment. The best part? No money changes hands until we have secured all the funds necessary to move forward.
Our community partners NAC Architecture and general contractor Walker Construction is ready to go - they just need the green light from us.
